The selection process actually starts with the opening of the notice and then extends to other stages. When we get to the interview, we receive an email with the time and place. The interviewer is usually the person responsible for the area and treated me very well.
- Why did you apply for this process?
Student
I had an in-person interview at an office with the hiring manager. It was an assessment interview where they asked about practical knowledge of health, prevention, and promotion for the elderly across all care levels. The second stage was a written test with open-ended interpretive questions, a case study, and some knowledge about the statute of the elderly.
- What salary are you looking for?
Professor Universitário
The process is via a public examination and has 4 stages. Evaluation of titles, teaching skills, written exam, and defense of the work plan. It's a difficult process but well-structured and honest.
