Doctoral Research Fellow

The recruitment for administrative secretary at the university of Santa Catarina is very good, but it gets a bit tiring regarding bureaucracy.
- What are your future expectations?
Associate Professor
The selective process was advertised on DOI and the university's website with a pre-defined schedule. It included a written exam, a presentation of a class and a project, a detailed curriculum presentation, and the presentation of a descriptive memorial. The process is overseen by an internal committee with external members, all internally approved at various university levels. All legal measures were taken to avoid conflicts of interest.
