The interview itself was good, the recruiters were super friendly and give feedback right in the interview. I just felt it was disrespectful during the process, they called me to go to the Campus to see if I would adapt to the role, if the routines were within my expectations, of course. So far, so good, I really liked the environment and I saw that this was what I was looking for. I went to the Campus for a week, and they asked me to wait for HR's contact. A week went by, and they informed me that I had been evaluated and would not be proceeding with my application, for no stated reason. I just think if the intention wasn't to hire, why did they make me travel for 5 days? That's the only thing to consider, it's a shame to do that to candidates.

The interview was a chat with two coordinators from other campus of the institution, but the job activities were not compatible with the advertised vacancy. In fact, they wanted a 'do-it-all' who, besides taking care of the actual administrative and secretarial matters, should: create social media campaigns, clean the campus, make coffee, among other things. I also found the interviewers' tone quite inappropriate, for example, they handed me a ruler and asked me to act out a sale. At that point, I felt like leaving, but I had already spent almost 2 hours on public transport to get there, so I decided to play along. In the end, it really seemed like a big joke.
