It wasn't very informative for me. I didn't get enough information about the job itself, or the area where the job is located, or what the job entails, or the chain of command.

I had an interview scheduled for 1 pm that was supposed to end by 1:30 pm. I was waiting by my phone, but when the interviewer hadn't called by 1:20 pm, I emailed her. Around 1:30 pm, I got a voicemail saying she was running late and to call her back for the interview. By then, I had to leave for another commitment because our scheduled time was up. Later, I got an email from the interviewer that sounded accusatory, claiming she tried to reach me and was only 'a little late.' I replied with other times I could interview in the next few days, but she never got back to me. It was a really unprofessional experience.

I first chatted with the recruiter, who was really nice. She gave me the lowdown on the position, covering what to expect, the role's responsibilities, and the various opportunities. She was super detailed. Then, I talked to the manager, who basically went over everything again but with more specifics about the job, salary, benefits, and so on. The whole experience was pretty smooth.

Applied online and a few days later got a call to schedule an interview. Went through two rounds of face-to-face interviews and then got the offer. It was a pretty standard process.
