Forklift Operator
The whole hiring process took about 2-3 weeks, and it was straightforward with clear communication. It was a standard procedure. Now I'm here and enjoying my job every day. They even offer free coffee and popcorn on Fridays!
- Can you share details about your past work experience?
Floor Supervisor
Wanted to share my experience with how unprofessional this company and their recruiters were. They reached out about an open position they've had for months, even though I didn't apply, to talk about the opportunity and schedule a meeting. But then they just ghosted and ignored all my follow-up messages. It's a really bad way for the company to handle both filling roles and how they treat potential candidates.

Junior .NET Developer
I talked to the recruiter on the phone for a first screening, then took an online .NET quiz. After that, I had an in-person interview with three people from the dev team, then did some writing prompts and another test. The last step was another in-person with the recruiter. They never got back to me about my application status or the test results after I called and left a message. The building is old and not in a great spot, and I didn't feel comfortable with the environment or the questions they asked, which seemed to probe for illegal info. It does seem like a place where you could learn a lot though.
- Can you describe your high school self?
IT
The interview process was pretty standard. Started with a phone screen from HR, then an interview with the manager, followed by an interview with HR that included a personality test. They asked some questions. I was surprised on my first day to learn it's a 50 hour work week for salaried employees. I wasn't too interested in health/dental, but they asked if I was. You ain't gonna get anything close to typical insurance.
- What is the expected weekly workload?
- What are your thoughts on the health and dental benefits offered?
