Scheduler
I applied through Zip Recruiter and they contacted me right away for an interview. We scheduled it, I showed up and paid for parking, and then I sat down with two managers. I wore business casual, but the office vibe is pretty casual.
- Could you tell us about your background and yourself?
- What are your career goals?
- How do you cope with stress?
Recruiter
I interviewed with Ellen the CEO and one hiring manager for one round. They were checking my ability to work with multiple applications and take calls. Previous call center experience was a plus. The whole idea was misleading, they posted openings for recruiters and I applied for the same but at last landed up in Scheduling coordinator.
- How proficient are you at handling tasks that require managing multiple applications simultaneously to completion?
Interpreter
First there was a phone screening and a background check, then one interview. If you're going to be an interpreter, really look over the contract to understand what you're getting into. They're more willing to negotiate with regular employees than interpreters.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Medical Interpreter
It was an easy interview, with 2 or 3 meetings on Meet to go over scenarios and platform training, and then they gave me the job offer. The process was quite fast; I was working in just a week.

- Translation of medical terms
