The hiring manager was very professional and relaxed during the interview. The questions they asked were directly related to the day-to-day responsibilities of the supervisor role. They seemed focused on understanding my experience and knowledge of basic business operations, as well as my experience interacting with both hourly staff and management in previous roles. The interview lasted about an hour.

Had 3 interviews, each over an hour long, all via zoom and scheduled ahead of time. It seems like a decent company, but the offer was lower than I asked for and they require a mandatory 45-hour work week.

The first interview went great. The second interview went well. I was offered the job but declined. In the first interview, I was asked about my pay expectations and they said no problem. The second interview (with different people) confirmed my pay expectation. However, when I received the offer, they decided to offer me 'entry level pay' which was 30% different. I said no thank you and got up. I was asked to 'wait to see what he can do.' I proceeded with leaving. It was a waste of time.
