Authorized Officer
The whole interview process took about 3 weeks. It started with an HR discussion, followed by a HackerRank test, and then 2 technical interviews and 1 managerial interview, all conducted on the same day back-to-back with 1-2 hour breaks in between. An offer was released two weeks after the interviews.
- Can you discuss Java basics and advanced concepts?
- Tell me about your experience with Spring Boot.
- What is your understanding of Microservices?
Business Analyst Intern
I got my first interview via career services, and it was a 1-on-1 chat. After that, I was invited to a superday which included three separate interviews and a group assignment.
- Can you describe a time you faced challenges within a group and how you handled them?
Sales
The interview process was mostly behavioral, not heavily technical. They said product knowledge is great but not required as they offer training. They welcome applicants from all sorts of majors and work backgrounds; my background is in accounting and finance. We discussed financial markets and how that connects to sales in their industry.
- Can you tell me about your goals for the next 1, 3, and 5 years?
