Case Manager
The hiring process was pretty discouraging and took forever, mostly handled by HR. They used some really old testing software, and everything after the interviews was electronic. About 3 months later, I got a voicemail saying there was no offer. The hiring manager was out of town during the process. Even though they expressed interest and wanted an in-person interview, they didn't contact me personally and decided not to move forward with offers from the managers who were interested. The skills they asked for were based on outdated Java, so I had to dig out a 2012 laptop to do the test. For references, all had to have email addresses; no calls or faxes were allowed, so if you used an internal server, a personal email was required.
- Tell me about a time you disagreed with your supervisor.
Analyst
It took them about two months to hire me. The interviews were pretty straightforward, mostly asking about my past experience and what I'm good at. They also had some standard skills tests. After that, there was a drug and background check. I also had a group interview and a panel interview. They went over the benefits, but didn't really talk about raises for cost of living or any future goals or opportunities within the company.
- How would you handle an annoying coworker?
Quality Assurance Analyst
It was a really fast interview, they just asked about my qualifications and went over my resume. Then they gave a quick 5 to 10 minute rundown of the job process. After that, they asked what I saw myself doing in the future and if this job could help me reach that goal. The whole thing took about 20 minutes or less, and I got offered the job right after. (They really like employee referrals for this role).
- Can you analyze hundreds of pages of text to check for normalcy and accuracy against CMS provided language?
Registered Nurse
It was a typical interview process. First, there was an in-person interview with two local interviewers after I responded to a need for someone in this geographical area. It was friendly. Then, I had a phone interview with the executive director. After that, HR followed up. The whole process took about two weeks.
