First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UniUni.
Operations Assistant
I went through two interview rounds. The first one was with HR, and the second was with the warehouse manager. Both interviews were pretty quick. Since I mentioned Mandarin on my resume, the HR person asked me to do the first part of the interview in Mandarin to check how good I am.
- Tell me about your relevant experience.
- Would you be comfortable with the physical demands of this job?
- Could you demonstrate your Mandarin proficiency?
Operations Associate
It was a Chinese interview, pretty easy. They asked me to introduce myself. Then they told me about my tasks and the team. We also discussed salary, which for me was $18/hour. Don't stress about the salary part.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Do you have any questions about this role?
Human Resources Business Partner
Overall I do have a positive interview experience with UniUni. The recruiters and hiring managers are experienced and thoughtful during the interview process. There are some field of improvement, such as JD detail clarifications and expectations.
- Could you describe your past experience that aligns with the expectations for this role?
Data Analyst
The entire hiring process took about a month. It kicked off with a recruiter screening call, then I had a virtual chat with the hiring manager. Following that, I went onsite for another interview, again with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, after that, I heard nothing back and was ghosted. I waited a week, hoping for at least a formal rejection, but got no reply.
- Could you start by introducing yourself?
- Describe a problem you encountered and resolved in your previous work.
- Tell me about a past challenge you overcame.
