Legal Associate
So UnitedLex's interview process kicks off with a resume screening, then an HR chat. After that, there's a legal and technical assessment, followed by a meeting with stakeholders. The final stage is a managerial round where they check out your legal knowledge, how accurate you are, your adaptability, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.

Paralegal
So there are like 3 rounds in total. The first thing they do is they'll show you like a video lecture, and then from that video you gotta answer like 10 mcqs. And if you score like 50% or more, then only your interview will be scheduled.

The interview lasted for an hour and involved many questions, particularly tricky situational ones and questions about legal concepts. It's important to be knowledgeable about every clause in an MSA. The overall experience was positive, though the salary offered was less than anticipated.
