First there was an intro, then they asked about my previous experience. I shared my screen and explained the formulas that would be relevant for particular questions. Mostly text formulas were asked, since most of the questions needed text functions to be solved.

Behavioral Other

I got an email and went for the interview at the scheduled time. The HR team was really unorganized, so most of the time was spent waiting, and the actual interview was very short. The Ops/Management team who interviewed me were nice and seemed to have a different work culture and understanding, possibly because they were American. However, the Indian HR people messed up the process. The HR lied and was rude and arrogant. I didn't accept the offer because it was much lower than my previous salary and they wouldn't increase it to the industry standard. Overall, the hiring process seemed to have a lot of issues.

Technical Case Behavioral

The interview process was very structured and systematic. It was conducted by experts in the field and technical experts. A strong referral was necessary. The company also followed up regularly after extending an offer. After an initial employee referral and confirming a vacancy, there was a very short HR interview. This was followed by three telephonic interviews covering technical expertise, field expertise, and case-study/other expertise. If successful, the final round was a face-to-face interview at the Gurgaon office. This last interview was more of a discussion about job responsibilities, ensuring expectations aligned, and discussing the DOJ.
