I saw the FULL TIME cashier job posted on indeed and the company website. I applied and then got offered an interview. The front end manager greeted me and asked me some standard questions. Then they told me they could offer 8-12 hours per week in produce, and I would need to be able to lift 80+ lbs. unassisted.

The interviewer was really helpful with information about the job and what it could lead to. The process itself wasn't tough. They seemed keen to hire me and get me started. Training was short, just a couple of days, but it covered everything. I had to do some paperwork, a drug test, and a background check. The whole thing wrapped up in about 4 days, and I was set for orientation.

It was pretty straightforward. They asked me some things about my previous jobs. Also asked where I grew up and how I came to be in the town I'm in now. And about some of the duties I'd have to do.
