It was a challenging interview, but being polite helps. The questions weren't too hard. Just make sure you're on time, or even 15 minutes early. If you're prepared, you'll do great.

It was a panel interview with three interviewers who asked questions from different areas. The interviewers were military personnel. I got a tour of the medical section during the interview. The atmosphere was busy with a lot going on. There were many questions about communication, teamwork, and how to handle conflicts or difficult work situations. The job also had physical requirements to consider. The patients were mainly between 17-19 years old.

Behavioral Technical

I got an email from MEPCOM to set up a screening interview. I spent about three hours getting ready for it. When the interview day came, two lawyers and a HR person called me on the phone for the screening. The HR person didn't ask super tough questions for an attorney, and I'm not really sure why they were on the call. They never got back to me to say if I got the job or not.

I had an interview with a panel including the section supervisor, HR manager, and the first sergeant. The first sergeant asked some really inappropriate questions, even though the HR manager tried to get him to stop. The section supervisor seemed unprepared, and honestly, the whole interview felt like a waste of time. I was the only person they interviewed.
