The interview process involved about two to three rounds. It was pretty simple, with some parts done online and others via Zoom. The steps were clear, not too complicated, and nothing unexpected came up. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The interview was supposed to start at 10am but the interviewer was late and asked me to reschedule to 1pm. They called the office to let the receptionist know about the reschedule 30 minutes after I had been waiting. Since I needed the job, I came back at 1pm. A different person interviewed me, and after 10 minutes, the original interviewer joined. The interview was casual.

I had an in-person meeting with the company's broker at her office. She created a really comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It was easy to talk with her. She briefly discussed the company and its values. The broker clearly stated her expectations and requirements for the candidate.
