I had a phone interview first, then an in-person interview, and then a final interview. The phone interview was to make sure I had the right skills before they had me come in. Then, I interviewed with one of the VPs and took some tests. The last interview was with the other VP and that's when they offered me the job.

You'll get a call from HR saying you've been selected. Then, when you arrive, they'll have you write a letter to test your writing skills, covering topics from UPA to the Home Owner's Association. It's pretty straightforward. The management interview is also simple. If you pass, they'll put you through a two-week training course on the company's policies and basic requirements.
