First, there's a phone interview to schedule an in-person one at the company's facilities. These are the filters to see if you're a good fit. Once you're at the in-person interview, there will be several people interviewing you to pinpoint the area where you have the most aptitude.

I applied for the job online, but didn't hear back for a whole month. I had to call recruiting repeatedly just to get my application forwarded to the hiring manager. After chasing them for another month, the manager rejected me, saying I didn't have 'taker experience,' which he'd initially said wasn't an issue. When I asked recruiting for feedback, they told me I was denied because I can't work evenings and weekends, which wasn't even true. So much miscommunication all around.

The interview process was good. The training is very serious there. They have some dedicated safety people who believe the importance of training. They do try and work with the driver. The issues are in the terminal.

Started with a headhunter, then talked to the regional manager. After that, I went to the corporate office to meet with senior management and ownership. The process was quick, they kept things moving, and they were good to work with during negotiations.
