I had a conference call with the hiring manager that seemed to go well, and they then asked me to come in to talk more about the job. But when I asked for details about setting up that meeting, they went completely silent. It's weird because I don't get why they'd set up a next step if they weren't interested. And if they wanted to have a follow-up meeting to discuss things further, wouldn't they follow through? It would make more sense to just tell me they found someone else, but the total lack of communication makes me question if they even know what they're looking for.

There were 2 rounds. The first was an aptitude round, done on paper. It had 4 parts: General Aptitude MCQs, Technical Aptitude MCQs, 2 coding questions where you could use C/C++, and developing an algorithm for a given scenario. The second round was a panel interview. They looked at communication skills, asked some moderate puzzles, and tested OOPS concepts. They also discussed the first round's programs, asking for better approaches or optimizations. Some programming questions were given to solve in C/C++/Java, with ample time. Lastly, they asked about future plans and family background.

I interviewed as a fresher, and the process included a written test with programming problems, logic puzzles, and aptitude questions, which felt a bit tough for me but might be standard. After that, there was a technical round with a panel of four interviewers, each focusing on different subjects like puzzles and programming. Finally, an HR round covered salary discussions and company policies.

The company has a relaxed atmosphere. I spoke with the Director of Accounts Receivable about this temporary role, which could become permanent. We talked about the main duties of the job, which include collecting and logging credit transactions and handling foreign currency. I think they wanted someone with previous experience in this area.
