Setting up the interview was super easy and they communicated everything really clearly. I did the first interview and thought it went okay, but then I never heard back from them after that.

First, HR contacted me for a phone interview. Then, there was a 3-person panel interview, followed by an interview with a senior staff member. The process felt rushed and might take longer for other roles. I did my best to answer, but it was a rapid-fire quiz instead of an interview about my experience or ideas. It felt like they were trying to prove they knew more than me because they'd googled things. They seemed unsure if they wanted a systems administrator, content creator, or project manager. There were IT questions that a social media/digital manager would typically delegate to an IT department or web administrator. They also asked for details about budgets, which is standard for digital media and usually brief. It was an unpleasant experience, so I withdrew my application. I wouldn't want to work there.

The interview process began with a screening call with HR to explain the position. I then accepted a group interview with other candidates and a panel of HR reps and actual team members. I made it through this process to an individual Interview with a panel of three interviewers. Overall, I applied for the job in July and was offered a position in August.

The interview process consisted of a phone interview and a group interview with about 4-5 team members. The initial phone interview was a basic screening covering salary expectations, job locations, and a review of your resume. The group interview was more laid-back and lasted for about two hours.
