So, I think there was a phone interview where they asked general questions like "why are you interested?" They also asked a very specific question: "Have you ever had to perform a restraint on someone in your care? If so, what were the circumstances and how was the restraint administer?"

The interview wasn't too bad. They gave me scenarios and asked how I would deal with them. The cottage manager who interviewed me immediately said she liked me and that I would get the job. She also gave me feedback on why she was impressed with me and my answers.
