It was pretty simple, they wanted to know why I was interested in the role and what my experience was like. They also asked about my soft skills for the workplace, how I handle work stress, and how I'd be a team player.

The interview process was pretty standard, involving a phone screen followed by an in-person interview. It moved quickly. The initial phone call was about 20 minutes, just to go over the job. A few days later, I got called back for the in-person.

Behavioral Technical

Had a phone interview that went well. They asked about my availability for a follow-up and said I could do in person or zoom. I said I could only do zoom, but then they sent an email asking for an in-person meeting. I replied again, saying I could only do zoom because of my work schedule. I guess I was ghosted because the interview was supposed to be yesterday. Expecting someone with a full-time job to come in person on short notice is a red flag that this company won't respect your time. Don't offer zoom as an option and then bail when someone asks for it. Not sure if it was Alvaro or Liz, but someone was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Steer clear of this company.

I saw the listing on Craigslist and applied. Someone from Marketing reached out via email to schedule an initial chat. My first interview was with someone from the Marketing team. I sent a follow-up email thanking them and asking about their decision timeline, but didn't hear back. A few months later, I got another email asking me to come in for a group interview with two other Marketing folks. After that, I sent thank you notes via snail mail. A week later, I emailed again about their timeline. Still no response for about a month. Finally, I got an email saying I didn't get the job. I thanked them for their time via email, and that was the end of it.
