& Process

The interview started with me introducing myself, my background, my skills, and why I'm interested in the job. Then, the interviewer explained the department and what the job involves, so I got a good idea of how things work and what the tasks are. After that, we talked about specific topics related to the job, like my experience and knowledge relevant to the tasks. Finally, I got some initial feedback on my presentation and whether they thought I was a good fit, which gave me an idea of what happens next in the application process.

Had a pleasant conversation with a manager. My performance and salary expectations were good. The project and clients were interesting. The team around the project was experienced and dynamic. However, I then decided on another company.

We had a Teams call where most of the questions were standard, with a few 'creative' ones, but nothing too challenging. Then, a call with the department head and another project manager. The process wasn't unusual and felt pretty good overall. They introduced themselves, we briefly touched on resume points, focusing mainly on the last role, discussed reasons for switching, how to handle challenges when 'everything goes wrong', and an overview of the new position (work/project types). We also covered the onboarding process, department structure (areas, project types), typical workday, general conditions, working hours, and home office details.

The interview process had three stages. First, an assessment center. Second, a talk with the training manager. Third, a meeting with the department. All conversations were very pleasant and informative. You don't feel like you're being interrogated excessively. Showing willingness and engagement in your private time are decisive factors.
