I had an hour virtual interview, then I had to do some assessments that felt irrelevant and duplicitous, which took about an hour and a half. After that, there was a 2-hour onsite interview. Then, I was ghosted by the recruiting manager. It was super demoralizing and makes me wonder how they treat people internally. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here or being a customer. The recruiting process is so primitive, slow, and just way too much. You can tell it's tough to get people to join.

Behavioral Presentation

So I had this recruiter call, then two in-person interviews. The first call and interview were good, and then they asked me to do a project and come back to present my ideas, and they were flexible on when I could do it. They offered me the job two days later but didn't give many details and offered less than I asked for. When I had some questions about the salary and start date, they just took back the offer with no explanation. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone, especially if you want to negotiate.

Mostly a panel interview, the recruiter asks relevant questions. The in-person interview feels relaxed and conversational, focusing on whether the team can see themselves working with you.
