First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UNITED FOR RESPECT.
Sales Executive
They were quite attentive and interested in my previous job, as well as my performance and base salary plus commission. They wanted to know about my way of speaking and expressing myself to see if I was suitable for the job.
- About the previous job?
Field Organizer
I had one interview, and it was super long. It took them weeks to get back to me after it was done, finally telling me I didn't make it. It also took ages for them to even call me after I applied, like two months! Really shows how efficient their process is.
- What are some basic organizing questions for workers?
Administrative Associate
I interviewed for a remote admin associate role back in April. It was mostly behavioral questions. The hiring manager was present but didn't ask anything, the questions were all posed by an external recruiter. The manager seemed nice enough, but the recruiter was very robotic and didn't seem to care.
- What would your supervisor say about you?
Chief Financial Officer
This was the worst interview experience ever! I should have checked reviews first. It took months and they kept dragging it out. There were over 3 phone/video interviews. They gave me years of financial data and a take-home assignment requiring a full financial analysis and presentation, with only a week to complete it. Apparently, they forgot to update the due date on the package, meaning the previous candidate went through the same painful process. Now I see why the job has been open for a year. I found out they are in deep financial trouble (millions in debt). When I presented my analysis, they didn't want to hear about their fiscal irresponsibility and ghosted me.
