First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at United Finance.
Account Representative
It was a good normal interview, until I was low-balled a $16/hour wage with my three years of experience. He said there was no way they can pay any more than that - total waste of time
- Are you bilingual?
- How are you in fast paced environments?
- I needed to do a cognitive test to see if I had any brain power.
Service Executive
The process included 2 years of job-related experience, 4 days of training, and 3 months of corporate experience. You should be capable in management, IT, accounts, and finance areas and can provide advice for organizational improvement.
- Can you explain why you are applying for this role?
- What led you to leave your previous employment?
Agri Monitoring Officer
They started with a written exam, and based on that, they shortlisted candidates for an interview. The first interview was a video call from their head office in Dhaka. After that, there was a group viva, and then they confirmed my selection after about 3 to 4 days.
- What makes you suitable for this position?
Customer Service Representative
It was pretty easy, they asked about your past jobs, then if you were okay with a drug test and a credit check. You should have decent credit (or at least not bad credit) to be able to help others, so if you have bad credit, don't bother applying.
- Are you okay with undergoing a drug test?
- Are you okay with a credit test?
- Do you have poor credit?
