I went through about 2 or 3 interview rounds. The last one was an in-person meeting with some senior people. It seemed like a good environment and the team was really energetic. However, I never got any feedback or information about the outcome. I followed up, but no one got back to me, which was quite disappointing given the time and effort I put in. Even if they chose someone else, they should have let me know.

I dropped off my CV at the store and they contacted me the same day for an interview. The person who was supposed to interview me wasn't available, so after a 10-minute wait, the store manager took over. The interview was one-on-one and quite straightforward. They asked me standard interview questions.

I met with the owner of the franchise for the first round of interviews. We discussed my past experience and how I would approach sales goals. Then we had a second meeting to talk about salary, but her offer was lower than I expected. She said she would get back to me after the weekend. She called after the weekend and then offered me the job.
