It started with a screening call, followed by two virtual interviews with the HR team. Everyone was super friendly. The interviews were all about behavioral questions because they're really looking for people who have a positive attitude and would be a good culture fit for their team. Their thinking is that if you're a good character fit, they can train you.

2 interview rounds. First with HR, then with the line manager of the team. The HR interview was focused a lot on your interest in the company and the business. The interview with the line manager was more technical: previous experiences, relevant university courses, interest in the sector, questions about general market trends.
