The hiring process started with filling out a form, followed by an interview. The interview was pretty straightforward, mostly asking about me, my family background, and my reasons for wanting to switch roles within the bank. They also asked me to compare my current role with the Relationship Executive position and justify my choice. It felt like an easy interview. After the interview, I was given another form to complete along with necessary documents and photographs.

I got a call from them around the end of the month and they gave me about 4-5 days to get ready. When the interview day came, there weren't too many people, maybe like 30-40. It was super quick; everyone else seemed experienced and the panel really only spent about 2 minutes with each person.
