Finance Analyst
There are about 5 stages to this interview process, depending on the specific role. You'll start by meeting with HR, then the head of the department. After that, you'll likely have some tests related to the job. Before they can give you an offer letter, you'll need to complete medical tests.
- Can you tell me generally about your work?
Bank Teller
It wasn't too difficult. Just make sure you're confident and speak up. Try to be relaxed and comfortable when you express yourself. Remember to make eye contact. Ensure you're completely ready. Don't forget to 'sell' yourself to them because many other candidates are eager to convince them why they should hire them.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What do you consider to be your strengths and weaknesses?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work with UBA?
Bank Teller
The interview process started with an initial contact through an outsource company. Following that, there was a second stage interview with UBA staff. Then, we had document verification, followed by medical examinations. After the medicals, we proceeded to induction and then took some exams. Finally, after waiting for the results, an offer letter was issued for deployment.
