Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at United Bank for Africa.
IT Auditor
The interview process for the IT Auditor role was pretty thorough, with three main parts. First, there was an assessment to check skills and knowledge. It had tasks to test technical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking. After that, we had to make a pitch video to show personality and communication skills. The last part was in-person interviews with the hiring managers to talk more about background and experience. They also had these training school sessions which were cool, giving insights into company culture and the role itself. Overall, it was a demanding but fair process to find the right people.
