Area Sales Manager
The manager was really nice and a good person. However, there was a lack of communication and the screen was unprofessional. They called but didn't let me talk. They really need to communicate more with their applicants about whether they are selected or not. Either way, we shouldn't get mad. It's a process, and I understand it's competitive, but they need more communication.

Area Manager
So you apply online first. Then there's a 10-15 minute phone call, kind of a screening to see if you're a good fit. If they like you, they'll set up a second interview with the District Manager for your area. I can't recall the exact questions from that second interview, but they were about my past work and experience, and also about the job itself to see if I'd be the best person. Some DMs also have you do a 15-minute sales pitch. You get advance notice if this is required. I had one ready and was super nervous but ready, but he never asked me to present because we ran out of time!

Compliance Manager
This was a long interview process, taking 15 weeks total and involving 5 interviews. One interview was over 4 hours long. I talked to HR, my potential boss, a senior executive, a peer, and someone who would report to me. The first four interviews happened as expected, but the last one was scheduled after a month of no contact. I tried to stay in touch with the hiring manager and recruiter by email and phone to show I was still interested, but the recruiter mostly didn't respond, and the hiring manager never did. When the recruiter did reply, they just said the role was still open and I was still being considered. The only time I could actually reach the hiring manager by phone was when I used a different number, not my cell, so she couldn't see my name, I guess. On those two calls, she specifically said she'd tell the recruiter to set up another interview with a senior leader, but the recruiter didn't know anything about it when I asked. I waited a few more weeks, even though I had pretty much given up on the job by then, and decided to reach out one last time for some kind of formal closing. I emailed the hiring manager and recruiter politely asking for an update. The recruiter finally replied saying they decided to 'go a different direction.' That was it, just one sentence. I sent a follow-up thanking them for the closure but also professionally asking for more feedback since we both invested a lot of time and effort. No response. Apparently, ghosting and lying to applicants is okay at this company. Very unprofessional and rude.

Collections Representative
First, there's a phone interview. Then, you'll do some extensive testing online from home. After that, there's an in-house interview with 1-3 people, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. A thorough background check happens before the interview, and there's also drug testing. The whole hiring process can take a couple of weeks, and they only start new training every few months, so it might be a couple of months before you actually begin the position.
