I first spoke with the branch manager on the phone. Then, I went in for a panel interview, which was pretty basic if you've worked in the field before.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved two rounds. First, I had an interview with the Director, which I felt went well. Following that, there was a panel interview with the President, VPs, and the Director. I thought this interview also went well. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no follow-up after the interviews. I tried reaching out to the VP of Operations, Sarette, but never heard back. Then I contacted the President, Miller, who has since left the company, and he seemed to not recall our interaction. I found this very unprofessional and would not recommend this company if their internal communication with employees is similar.

It was a super professional and chill interview, no pressure at all. Really nice all the way through. They showed me around the branch and talked about their expansion plans. The manager was really great and easy to talk to.
