ok went well but this is a process that has flaws, never imagine I have to right something to read. It was 2 people from HR and the hiring manager, the interview was conducted via zoom

The interview process was good and I got to talk to people from different departments. It was friendly, but they asked some tough questions. They mentioned my salary expectations were too high and weren't sure if they could meet them. It felt like they were guilt-tripping me for asking for a decent wage, even saying they'd have an easier time hiring someone unemployed. They don't seem willing to pay for quality.

I applied online and then had to do some online tests and questionnaires, which I found a bit strange. After a quick phone interview, I was invited for an in-person interview. I expected the in-person part to be more substantial, but it mainly involved more testing with just a short face-to-face meeting.

It was a pretty basic interview, we talked about my experience and about scenarios of what I would do on the job. They were pretty straightforward with their necessities on the job and told me to be really sincere if I could accomplish them, since it's a hard job.
