Teleoperador
You spend a day absorbing a whole manual, but only 5% of it is actually used later. Then, you take a test, and after that, they pick whoever they want. There's a 6-hour training session with only 10 minutes of break.
- Manual rol play, always being given information
Teleoperador
They make you do a 2-week course, tell you they're going to hire you, and then say you have to do the course for another two weeks. In the end, they don't hire you and send you home to wait for them to maybe call you. They don't pay you anything for that lost month.

Customer Service Representative
I had to take a language test, answering several questions about customer service in English and another language. Then there was supposed to be the real selection phase - unfortunately, I couldn't attend this because the company didn't offer the promised schedule flexibility. Also, the person who assisted me didn't seem very friendly at times.
- What is your definition of customer service?
Teleoperador
It was a really dynamic interview with attentive mediators who were easy to understand and treated me well. They explained the offer quite clearly. They took the time to listen to my work experience.
- Tell me about your work experience.
