Behavioral Presentation Case

This was the most intense interview experience I've had, but I really enjoyed it. The first step was a recruiter call where I learned about the role and what the company expected. They explained who they are, their mission, and how I could help the company succeed. Then, I talked with the department manager, who was very nice. We went over my background and interests. After that, I was given a writing assignment to create email copy. I had to present this during the final interview. The last interview was a panel with two account executives and the operations manager. I got to show I understood the investment program by doing a mock call. It was honestly the best interview experience, and I'm excited to join the company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The first interview was a standard screening with a Recruitment Manager, covering background, interest in sales, and Unison, plus answering questions. Next, a mini-project involved studying their homeowner guide for a mock call with an SDR manager and Account Executive. Before the mock call, there were more detailed sales questions about fit, work ethic, and team desires. The mock call went well, despite some minor slip-ups due to the 48-hour prep time, which training could address. Rapport was built with the team members, leading to optimism. However, after five days of silence, a generic rejection email arrived with no feedback, which felt impersonal and disappointing given the strong interest in the company, culture, and product. Overall, the experience was neutral due to the organized format and friendly people, but the impersonal rejection left a negative impression.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really drawn out and honestly pretty annoying. It was just a bunch of rounds without any real heads-up on what was coming next, and nobody gave me the full picture upfront. I ended up having one phone chat, then two in-person interviews, followed by a project and a presentation. They mentioned it could take like 4-6 months to decide because they want candidates to meet everyone, and they're in no rush to fill the position. It's been about three months, and I keep seeing the job ad again, so I guess they're still looking for that unicorn candidate or just deciding to wrap it up.

Case Presentation

The interview process itself was a bit rough. For starters, they should really offer parking for interviewees who need it. Also, interviews should start on time, nobody likes waiting around for 30 minutes. The take-home assignment was a major issue; using the company itself as the prompt felt like a total rip-off and basically free labor. It would be great if they could at least email or notify candidates about what's next. I had three separate interviews over three days, including a phone call, an onsite, and a presentation, and I had to chase them for updates each time. After I submitted my take-home assignment analysis, they just went silent and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Honestly, it was a really disappointing and time-wasting experience interviewing with them.
