Behavioral Technical Presentation

When you get into the interview room, it's a bit tense but also curious. It starts with a hello and a handshake, then some small talk to help you relax. After that, they ask you to introduce yourself, usually starting with 'Tell me about yourself.' Then comes the main part, where they ask questions to check your technical skills and how you solve problems. You need to be confident but not arrogant, and use examples to show what you can do. A good interview feels like a conversation, not an interrogation. You're not just answering; you're also watching the interviewer and seeing how they react to your answers. Near the end, you get to ask questions about the company or the team, which is your chance to show you're really interested. It usually finishes with them telling you what happens next and a goodbye, leaving you feeling relieved and thinking about how it went.

The process was pretty easy, the managers are understanding, so don't worry if you don't get it perfect. The people were cool and they just wanted to talk through your process. If you're familiar with the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and coding, you should be fine.

I had a mixed experience with this company. I applied through my university's recruitment program and heard back from HR about three weeks later. They scheduled me for an interview the same week. I arrived at the facility 30 minutes before my scheduled interview time, around when employees typically start their day. I waited and observed employees entering until the HR representative arrived, who was 30 minutes late. After the usual HR process, I took a written test for about 30 minutes, followed by a software interview, then an aptitude test, and finally, what I considered a pointless interview. The interviewer for this last part was rude and unprofessional. Uniquify should really review its interview process and train its employees on how to treat interviewees without discrimination.

The interview process had two rounds. The first round was a get-to-know-you session with the accounting manager and director, lasting about 15 minutes virtually. The second round happened a week later, also virtual, where the CFO assessed my accounting knowledge. They asked around 7 to 10 questions, including some behavioral ones.
