Digital Marketing Manager
The interview process was long but straight forward. I had one interview with HR, then one with a member of the team, then I had an assessment, and finally I met with the hiring manager. Overall, it was a good process.

Promotions Coordinator
I applied through Indeed and heard back about 2 weeks later. They asked me to do a questionnaire by email. After I sent that back, I had a phone interview with HR. Then, I was asked to interview with department managers and HR again. They offered me the job less than a week after that.

Operations Manager
I talked with the heads of sales, reservations, accounting, and advertising. They asked me a bunch of questions about my skills, especially how I make decisions and handle stress. My answers always focused on my thought process for making decisions, which is to gather all the facts first and then figure out the best way forward. This process is key to how I approach all my decisions.

- Can you explain how you handle stressful situations at work?
