So after I got shortlisted, the interviews were: first, a group interview with HR and a senior employee. Then, a 2-day store internship. Lastly, a final interview with the CEO, COO, and TA Manager. I only did the first two parts because I realized I wasn't a good fit and withdrew my application before the final round. The first interview was harder than normal, so practicing mock questions from Glassdoor could help. Just be confident, and you'll do great. The HR and senior employee were nice, so don't stress! The 2-day internship is a real feel for the flagship store. I met cool people, but the hours are tough and the work is demanding. It's Uniqlo, after all, a Japanese brand known for top service, so expect a challenging short internship.

Group Presentation Case

After applying online, I was invited to an assessment center in a city of my choice from a list they provided with available dates. I attended the one in Paris. The assessment consisted solely of a group task. We were divided into teams of 5-6 people and given a case study about a failing store. We had about 20 minutes to work on a solution with our team, then present it and answer some questions. The whole thing took about an hour and a half, though most of that time was spent on an HR presentation about the company. The interviewers were really friendly, laid-back, and the overall environment was great.
