The first interview process was generally alright. There was definitely tension in the room, but the interviewers weren't too harsh and really just wanted to know me as a person and what I expected from the programme. I did get until their internship stage but got rejected then. Understanding that my personality may not be for retail, so I think its a great experience to know uniqlo too ig? :) I also fold clothes better now so guess is a win-win

First, you have to do an online presentation to get the link for the numerical, logical, and personality test. Then, you have an Assessment Day which is divided into 2 parts. In the morning, there's a short intro to the company followed by a group assessment in English. In the afternoon, they'll let you know if you've passed to the next stage. If you have, you'll have a one-on-one interview in French, focusing heavily on soft skills and your suitability for the Program. Lastly, there's an interview with the country's COO.

The interview process started with a corporate recruitment talk and an online assessment. Then there was a first interview where I had to give brief answers, and key points were very important, followed by a group interview. The second round was about store experience to see what I'd be doing there. The third round had two examiners who asked very few questions, but it was crucial to show genuine interest in working in that industry!
