Behavioral Group Presentation
After submitting your CV, you'll have an online video interview where you're given time to prepare your answers and then record yourself within a time limit. It's a bit stressful, so it's good to know a bit about the company beforehand, including its structure, main values, and priorities. The next round is a group interview where they'll explain the firm and some current projects in more detail. You'll need to introduce yourself a bit and ask questions about Uniqlo and your motivations. After this, they'll split everyone into two groups (depending on the number of applicants), give you a problem to solve, and ask you to present your proposal in a 5-minute session. They'll be really observing your teamwork and how you communicate with each other. If you pass this stage, you'll have an interview with the head of HR and Operations, focusing more on your genuine motivations and potential fit within the company. If you're successful here, there's just one step left: meeting the head of European Operations.

I passed a numerical test and was invited to a group interview in another country, with the company covering my expenses. I booked my tickets and paid for my stay. The following day, I received an email informing me that the vacancy had been canceled. It has now been over a month, and I still haven't received my money back. My emails are not being answered. I want to emphasize that I'm not overwhelming their inbox with messages; I have been patient and polite. However, I am still not receiving any responses regarding the 100 euros I spent.

The interview process was super smooth, they reply quickly. First, there's the CV screening, then a group call, followed by a numerical test (don't underestimate it), then a presentation of the company with a Business case. If you pass the Business Case, you get to an interview with an HR person who will ask the usual questions.
