I applied through workday, uploading my CV and filling in my details. Then I got an email asking me to come to an assessment day at their Head Office in Oxford street. On that day, we listened and learned about the company and then worked with a group on a task where we had to prioritise things.

I applied and a few days later got an email. A few days after that, I went in for the interview. All of us applicants were in the break room, and then we were taken to the basement of the hotel next door where other retailers also had rooms. We were all sat down and put into groups of 3 with a manager. There were multiple managers and multiple interviews happening at once. After that, they did one-on-one interviews if they liked you. After my group interview and one-on-one, I waited to be escorted out like everyone else. Me and another guy were walked out, and HR told us we both got the job. HR also mentioned that they tell other applicants they'll get a call or email, but that's just for those who didn't get hired. So, they basically hire on the spot.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you discuss a past role from your resume that you misrepresented?
