The interview process started with a phone screen. Then, there were two interviews with management. Initially, it was planned for one interview with both managers, but scheduling conflicts prevented that. It was a really quick interview. I met with my three supervisors in a room, and they asked me whatever questions they thought were relevant. They also looked over my resume and asked about that, and they really went deep into my certifications, checking that my classroom hours met the requirements for each area.
