I had two interviews for this role and was very responsive. After the interviews, they told me they were making final decisions and would let me know within a week. I didn't hear back, so I reached out, and they never responded. I tried contacting them multiple times without any response. It was a really disrespectful experience, and I don't recommend applying here.

I applied online. I had a quick phone screen and then an in-person interview. The experience was great. They really seemed to care about personality fit and asked some interesting questions. The process felt smart, like they were truly trying to see if I'd fit in and not just if I had the skills. They think skills can't make up for a team that doesn't mesh. Ultimately, I didn't get an offer, but it was the best interview experience I've ever had.

The company reached out to me and asked if I wanted to interview. Then I had an hour long meeting at their office, though usually it's over the phone. They asked me some basic technical questions and also wanted to know me. I wasn't asked back for another interview, but their sister company also got in touch and asked me to interview. It was similar to the process with USM Interactive.
