First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Union Station Homeless Services.
Data Quality and Assurance Specialist
After an initial screening call from HR, there was a Zoom Interview with the Associate Director and Manager. The interview had questions about my background and also some technical and hard skill questions.
- Can you give some examples of when you've used data to come up with insights?
Human Resources Assistant
The hiring process includes a detailed discussion with the HR Director and possibly some future colleagues. There might be skill tests too, which I've administered before, and it's helpful to be good with computers or have other skills needed for the job.
- I don't remember the exact questions, it was years ago, but if you look up common interview questions and think about what's relevant to this role, you should be fine.
Accounting Clerk
The HR Assistant gave me a call and asked a few things about my past work experience, and also what job openings were available. After our chat, she mentioned she'd get back to me in a few days.
- Were you familiar with QuickBooks?
- And were you good with numbers?
Case Manager
The interview process was super chill and easy. I felt like I had the job locked down after the first chat. My last interview was with the CEO, Marve Gross. He's the best CEO I've ever had the pleasure of working for.
