The hiring team doesn't give feedback on decisions. HR communication is lacking. The interview itself was okay, but they should let candidates know if they're not moving forward.

I got a call really fast after applying and had an interview the next day. I had to do a test and then interviewed with the VP of HR. That interview went well, and I heard back from the branch I wanted to work at in two days to come in for an interview. I interviewed there with most of the staff and they all seemed good and asked really good questions that I felt I answered well. The interviews were good, but I'm a bit bummed about not hearing back much since then. I wanted to check out other branches and the HR VP who said to call anytime hasn't called back. The branch said they'd keep in touch but it's been over 3 weeks with no call. I feel like there's been a lack of communication lately, which makes me unhappy with the whole process.

It was a pretty standard interview. They looked over my resume and asked me to share instances where I overcame difficulties and demonstrated teamwork. I also had to take a simple computer test involving counting money and basic math to verify my ability to handle cash.
