This interview process was a complete mess. They had to reschedule the first interview twice because 'something came up.' Then, when they finally sent the email for the new interview, they got the date and time wrong and didn't even realize it until I pointed it out. The rescheduled Zoom interview had two people from URM, and one of them, a director, was 45 minutes late. When I asked about the starting salary, they said they couldn't discuss it until after an offer and that I'd have to 'take it up with HR,' which was really strange. The whole thing felt messy and dramatic, so I withdrew my application.

I had a pretty chill interview process. They seemed to have things together on their end and just asked the typical interview questions. I had two interviews in total. The first one was with HR and the second one was with the department I ended up getting hired into.
