They emailed me for an interview, and I went in person to meet with the hiring manager. Later, they called to let me know the status. The application itself was pretty long and detailed, so make sure you're ready to input all your past employment dates and places, similar to how you'd fill out an application for an hourly job.

I had an in-person interview with two people at the Cranford campus. It was about 30 minutes long. They asked me questions, and then I got to ask them a few questions.
