The assessment centre for the graduate trainee program is not your usual interview procedure so don't go expecting same It involves two phases: - An individual presentation where you'll be given a case study to analyse and give solutions to, it's always best to research extensively about case study scenarios given during assessment centres so you know what to expect as alot of people came expecting the usual face to face interview - A group presentation where you'll be given a case study to analyze and discuss as a group, your teamwork abilities will be tested The process is very easy if met with proper preparation, which in most cases involves a simple internet search The staff are friendly and encourage you to relax so as to be at your best

I applied in November 2024, passed the online psychometric test in December 2024, and had the physical interview in January 2025. The interview was at the Accessment center in Port-Harcourt in January 2025. I knew what to expect thanks to info on this site. First was a case study analysis with questions you answer and write on a flip chart in about 45 minutes. Internet research helps with case study questions. They provide all writing materials. Second, an individual 10-minute presentation of your analysis to 2 staff members, followed by a few minutes of questions. Finally, a group case study analysis where you read, analyze, and discuss with 4 other participants in front of staff. It felt like a boardroom. Make sure to contribute and acknowledge others' contributions.
