I also did some psychological tests and wrote an essay. Afterward, I had an interview with two analysts. The whole process was smooth and very professional.

I applied online and was contacted by phone, then WhatsApp. I had to make a 30-second personal video and an online HR test. It was very concise. Overall, it was a great conversation. There was an interview and tests with HR, then with the area manager who asked about my experiences. Standard HR questions. The interview with HR was individual, and the one with the manager was me and another candidate.
