Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Unimed - Belo Horizonte.
Analyst
I applied through Linkedin. I had an initial phone interview with HR and the next day an online interview also with HR. They sent a behavioral test by email (PI). I never heard from the position again. They don't give feedback. They just disappear. I was very disappointed with the company's conduct.

Project Analyst
I was first contacted via LinkedIn. Then, an HR person scheduled a remote interview for an initial conversation, to get to know me and explain the job scope. After that, I proceeded to an interview with the manager, who would be my direct supervisor. The process was generally quick, and the HR person was very kind and professional. The interview with the manager was also good; her approach was quite friendly and technical, naturally. My only complaint is that, from the start, they told me candidates would always get feedback, positive or negative, after each stage. Sadly, I never received feedback after the interview with the manager. Companies need to be more mindful of this. It's very important for candidates to get their negative feedback so they can move on.
- Could you describe your typical work routine in your most recent position?
- Can you share details about significant projects you were involved in?
Analyst
The HR stage was good and direct, the HR analyst highlighted the important points well. The stage with the area manager was not good, the manager was not having a great day and couldn't focus on the interview. At the beginning, she had to leave to greet a colleague passing by outside. Additionally, she lacked the skills and preparation to conduct an interview and didn't know how to direct it regarding what she wanted.
